Scope
Defines when electricity counts as fully renewable for e-fuel production, through additionality plus temporal and geographic correlation. This is the rule that decides whether an e-methanol or e-ammonia batch qualifies as an RFNBO at all, and it dominates every e-fuel emission factor.
