Scope
Caps the well-to-wake GHG intensity of energy used on board ships calling at EEA ports, applying from 1 January 2025. Annex II carries the default well-to-tank and tank-to-wake emission factors, tabulated by fuel and by engine class. A multiplier of 2 rewards RFNBO use from 2025 to 2033.
