Scope
The well-to-wake methodology that underpins the GHG Fuel Intensity metric in the IMO Net-Zero Framework. Adopted in 2023 and under active revision. Implementation guidelines are tracking to MEPC 85 in November 2026, at which point the methodology largely freezes.
