Scope
The EU renewable energy framework. Annex V and Annex VI set the GHG accounting methodology and the typical and default values per production pathway. Annex V Part C(18) grants wastes and residues zero upstream burden up to collection, which is the single rule most responsible for the favourable numbers of UCO-derived fuels.
