Scope
Obliges fuel suppliers at EU airports to supply a rising minimum share of sustainable aviation fuel: 2% from 2025, scaling to 70% by 2050, with a synthetic e-fuel sub-mandate reaching 35% by 2050. The aviation counterpart to FuelEU Maritime, and a demand-side mandate rather than an intensity target.
