Metrology Club Roundtable on Low-Carbon Fuels

3Y Energy was invited by the A*STAR National Metrology Centre (A*STAR NMC) to join the roundtable discussion at the Metrology Club – Sustainability Edition, which examined the role of measurement science in supporting the transition to a low-carbon future.

The programme featured two technical presentations: "Metrology in Temperature and Humidity Measurement: Current Practices and Future Needs" by Dr. Yan Fan and Dr. Shaochun Ye, and "Building a Trusted Low-Carbon Fuels (LCF) Ecosystem in Singapore and the Region" by Dr. Fuu-Ming Kai and Dr. David W. Y. Khoo.

3Y Energy is a long-standing industrial partner of A*STAR NMC across multiple low-carbon fuel projects. Industry events of this kind are valuable for identifying capability gaps and shaping new areas of collaboration.

Robust guidelines, standards, and verification frameworks for low-carbon fuels will be central to Singapore's continued position as a competitive regional trading hub. 3Y Energy will continue to contribute to this work.
